After an initial discussion which can be by email, phone or face to face we will draw up a statement of work which will describe exactly what we will be creating for you and what you will be providing for us (e.g. content, graphics, logos).
Once we then get written confirmation from you to go ahead we will start work. You can monitor your site's progress throughout the design and offer guidance and suggestions. Once you are happy with the site we will ask you to sign it off before we upload it to its server and make it live.
